As a dedicated Fitness Coach, I help clients transform their bodies, mindsets, and lifestyles by combining evidence-based kinesiology training with practical, real-world strategies. This approach not only improves physical fitness and mental well-being but also includes nutrition guidance for creating lasting results, all through my tailored online coaching programs.

About Taylor Training

    About Me

    I’m Taylor, a dedicated fitness coach specializing in both online coaching and in-person training, with a degree in Kinesiology. My expertise lies in bodybuilding and lifestyle coaching, where I help clients build strength, enhance performance, and develop sustainable habits, lifestyles, and mindsets for long-term success. Since I began my kinesiology training in 2020, I've built a solid foundation in both the science and practical application of effective training. Prior to becoming a full-time trainer, I spent four years as a teacher, which honed my skills in educating, communicating clearly, and guiding clients through structured, results-driven programs, including nutrition guidance. Outside of my coaching practice, I enjoy mountain biking and traveling with my wife, as I strive to maintain an active lifestyle and continue building a balanced, healthy life.
